I design personalized nutrition & lifestyle programs for my clients. What does that mean? “Personalized nutrition” is not just a buzz phrase to me. Rather, a personalized approach is essential to identify and incorporate the long-term solutions that will work in your life. Each of us has different genetics, taste preferences, budgets, cultures, schedules, medical history, and nutritional needs.
There is so much conflicting information about nutrition on the internet that it can feel frustrating, overwhelming, and difficult to know who or what to trust. I can help you decipher what is based in science and what is fad. The truth is that there is no “quick fix” or “one-size-fits-all” approach when it comes to your health. My goal is to pull away from diet mentality and help you embrace sustainable change for improving your health and nutrition. This takes time and commitment, and I want to help you find the approach that works best for you. For some people this means specific dietary interventions to address underlying medical conditions, while for others it means healing their overall relationship to food or substances. I honor these differences.
I will customize a protocol for you that will include some combination of nutrition, supplements, lifestyle suggestions, and functional medicine lab testing.
I can’t say this enough times: there is no one eating plan that works for everyone. I will coach you to listen to your body and together we will foster your positive relationship with food.
